Please note that the submission deadline for the 2009 One World Film Festival has now passed. Thank you to all who submitted your films - we received over 150 submissions in 2009! If you missed us this year, we look forward to viewing your film in 2010.
World Inter-Action Mondiale's One World Film Festival will be accepting submissions starting February 2010. Submissions can include a broad range of explorations of human relationships, social and political environments, aboriginal perspectives, culture and artistic achievements, health and environment, climate change, human migration and displacement, war, globalization, water, and food security issues.
Special consideration is paid to:
- Works that push the boundaries of the documentary and cinematic form;
- Works that present cultural perspectives that are under-represented in Canada;
- Works that will have their WORLD or CANADIAN PREMIERE at One World Film Festival;
- Works that will screen in our youth and school program.
